Pinch will be conducting system maintenance on the API from 9am - 12pm AEST on Tuesday 25 April 2023.
What this means for you and your customers:
- Your customers will not be able to use Pinch to make payments during this time - You will not be able to take payments manually using Pinch during this time - Payments scheduled to be processed automatically on this date will still be processed - As this is a National Public Holiday settlement processing would not occur anyway so there will be no disruption to settlements beyond the norm - If your customer attempt to make a payment during this time they will be advised politely to come back after 12pm to make the payment
