Pinch Payments Scheduled System Outage

Due to important infrastructure updates the Pinch Payments platform will be offline from 8.00pm on Tuesday, the 13th of May until approximately 1.00am, the 14th of May, Australian Eastern Standard Time. 


During this time, all platforms will be inaccessible - this includes the Merchant and Customer Portal, Glassbox and API connections - and no payments will be processed. 


Our team will monitor progress closely and work to minimise any issues during the maintenance window. 


We will provide an update when the work is complete.
